Please read this policy carefully. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

We issue refunds on our products on following terms:

1 – Full refund within 15 days if the customer receives an unusable license – but first, contact our help to confirm that the license is not working due to the license itself and not due to some other factor (faulty installation, wrong product installed, malware or virus corruption of system files etc..)

2 – If the buyer did not receive a license at all, the customer will receive a full refund through email within 15 days.

3 – If the customer has problems with the license after activating it, the customer will receive a full refund within one year.

4 – If the customer received a working license, there will be no refund.


The buyer must contact us by email at Support@softerall.com to receive a refund.

Within seven calendar days, softerall.com reserves the right to examine the product key for Activation information. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated after purchase, softerall.com reserves the right to refuse a refund because the purchased service was delivered as promised.
